Interim website - new website under construction

Working in partnership with families and students to enable every learner to lead a happy, healthy and fulfilling life. Ensuring equality of opportunity for all members of the Lampard Community and challenging students academically.

Welcome to the Lampard Community School website. The site is divided into areas to help you find the information you need: Students, Staff, Parents, Visitors and Governors.

Lampard is a school for students aged 7 – 16 with complex needs including autism, and speech and language difficulties.

Whilst we have a caring and nurturing ethos we still challenge students academically. All participate in work experience and we expect all our students to achieve externally accredited qualifications. Our aim is that everyone should be able to live as independently as possible and be employed in a job that they find enjoyable and stimulating.

I am extremely proud of Lampard Community School, the students, staff and governors all of whom work extremely hard to make it a very special school.

Ofsted December 2009 “Lampard school is a very welcoming community, where all feel safe, valued and respected….Staff work hard at ensuring everybody’s view is taken into consideration to shape and develop the school and its work. Students make an outstanding contribution to their own and local communities….Parents are also strongly supportive of the work of the school; as one wrote, "Lampard is a brilliant school…"
